Le saut d’obstacle est déconseillé, la mise en mouvement suffit amplement à l’effort physique.
En fin de séance, une « balnéothérapie maison » est tout adaptée : Une bonne douche des membres uniquement, jusqu’au poitrail/épaules aux antérieurs, et cuisses/croupe aux postérieurs, en prenant le temps sur les tendons aux niveaux des canons, articulations du carpe, jarrets et en remontant jusqu’aux articulations supérieurs du membre.
En réglant le jet d’eau selon la sensibilité du cheval.
