Un savant cocktail d’éléments théoriques (anatomie, physiologie, biomécanique du cavalier), confirmés par des études scientifiques récentes, complétés d’exercices physiques au sol.

-> Initiation à l’Approche Posturo-Respiratoire (méthode de Gasquet) : Assiette, Bassin, Périnée ; Etirements ; Respirations et Diaphragmes.

-> Voyages Sensoriels pour développer ses perceptions sensorielles.

Allier stabilité et tonicité pour une posture centrée et synchronisée aux mouvements du cheval.

Stage Ostéopratik
  • 14h00-17h30, Ostéopratik « Mieux vaut Prévenir que Guérir » : Le coup d’œil de l’ostéopathie et ses habiletés dans la prévention santé équine.
Stage Ostéopratik
  • Au Programme (Théorie et Pratique) : Les principes de l’ostéopathie ; Les repères anatomiques en lien avec l’harnachement ; Observer son cheval : Quoi regarder ? (éthogramme de la douleur ; asymétrie d’allures/boiterie) Comment bien le réaliser ? ; Le complexe tête/encolure et le ligament nuchal.
