Chez Coline & Elie, Saint Martin de Bavel, Bugey Sud (01).
Programme :
*Arrivée Dimanche à partir de 18h :
Installation des chevaux au pré et des chambres du gîte.
19h30 Apéritif de bienvenue
20h Dîner
Soirée Libre
* Les Matinées sont consacrées aux Cavateliers, Ateliers Pratiques pour Cavaliers de 9h30 à 11h30.
Temps libre avant la pause déjeuner commune.
* Les Après-midis du lundi au jeudi sont dédiées à l’Ostéopratik, l’initiation aux gestes préventifs envers les équidés, de14h à 17h30.
* Le vendredi après-midi, il vous est proposé une séance de coaching personnalisé en condition de monte.
Temps libres après la pause déjeuner et avant le dîner : détente, repos, balade à pied, à cheval, méditation, discussions, … L’occasion de découvrir ce qui vous ressource personnellement, seul(e) ou accompagné(e).
* Dîner à 19h30
* Les soirées sont propices aux Pratiques de Yin Yoga et aux Voyages Sensoriels, dont la participation reste libre en fonction des aspirations de chacun.
* Le stage se termine le Vendredi à 17h.
Il est possible de prolonger votre séjour pour le weekend, si vous souhaitez profiter d’avantage du lieu et découvrir ses alentours. Pour cela, merci de l’indiquer dans le bulletin d’inscription.

Sur une base théorique simplifiée, nous utilisons divers outils pratiques pour approfondir vos connaissances dans le domaine de la prévention santé équine.
- Théorie : Ostéopathie (principes et motifs) – Anatomie/Locomotion – Ethogramme de la douleur- Récentes avancées en Biomécanique – Condition physique et Exercices.
- Pratique : Consignes de sécurité à l’abord du cheval – Observation Locomotion– Repères Anatomiques & Harnachement – Palpation – Mobilisation segmentaire (Membres et Colonne Vertébrale) – Comment aborder ces exercices en sécurité pour soi, pour l’animal ?
- Nouveauté : « Instant Grooming », le toucher équin. Initiation aux différents contacts appréciés par la gente équine.
Tarifs
A partir de 1000€ (5jrs/5nuits) par couple cavalier/cheval tout compris : Hébergement en pension complète (gîte équestre, chambre individuelle ou double pour le cavalier; séjour en paddock pour l’équidé) et Activités.
